STANDARD TERMS OF SALES
1. PRICE
1.1 Prices are exclusive of VAT
1.2 Quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the customer. We will be entitled to adjust the price to
cover increased cost sustained by us due to increase in raw materials, or variations by customer from original order/quote/estimate, or
increased time to fulfil the order or customer information proving to be inaccurate.
2. PAYMENT
2.1 Payment will be due 30 days from date of invoice.
Our preferred payment type is acc + sort code on invoice.
2.2 Late payment will incur interest at 5%
2.3 Credit checks may be made on new customers.
2.4 Deposits may be required.
2.5 Large orders may be paid in split orders
3. DELIVERY
3.1 Delivery dates are estimates only.
3.2 Customer's will be responsible for orders collected by carrier.
3.3 Damages in transit must be notified within 48 hours.
4 RISK AND TITLE
4.1 Risk passes when goods are delivered.
4.2 Title only passes when goods are paid for in full.
4.3 We are entitled to recover goods in your possession which are not paid for even if fitted.
5. LIABILITY
5.1 We take pride in our workmanship however please inspect goods upon delivery, for fitting and condition.
5.2 IF it is a valid complaint, we will use all reasonable endeavours to repair or replace any faulty part subject to cover below within a reasonable timeframe.
5.3 WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO ANY OTHER TERMS
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY ONE CLAIM OR ALL CLAIMS ARISING SHALL NOT EXCEED
THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE GOODS IE WE CAN NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY THIRD
PARTY OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS AS DAMAGE OR COST.
5.4 We are not liable for any failure to supply due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
6 CANCELLATION
6.1 Cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee and any expenses incurred.
